Technology & Manufacturing System

A replicable powder coating system built for mid-to-large batch and engineering clients.

Manufacturing System & Capabilities

Centered on powder coating processes, we build a manufacturing system adapted for mid-to-large batches and long-term partnerships, emphasizing stability, replicability and process control.

  • Manufacturing-focused: core competencies in line capability and process maturity
  • Compatible with MDF, plywood, particleboard and other substrates
  • Standardized production flow to reduce batch-to-batch variation
  • Accommodates large-format panels and custom dimensions

From porous board to a controlled surface

Designed around the MDF substrate—not borrowed from metal coating.

Each step has a specific job: stabilise the MDF, close moisture pathways, create a uniform powder-receiving surface and cure without excessive heat load.

01

MDF preparation

Board selection, moisture control and precision sanding prepare a consistent base.

02

Six-side sealing

Faces, edges, corners, grooves and pre-machined holes are sealed as one continuous system.

03

Powder application

Electrostatic deposition builds an even, solvent-free decorative film with controlled coverage.

04

Low-temp IR cure

The validated surface temperature–time window completes cure while protecting dimensional stability.

Quality that can be shown, not only claimed

The advantage is measurable.

Our customer-facing quality framework focuses on the risks furniture buyers actually care about: moisture ingress, incomplete cure, visual variation and inconsistent repeat orders.

01
≤ 3.0%
Recommended local thickness swell after 24h edge immersion
Final limit locked by substrate and approved sample.
02
≥ 50 passes
MEK double rubs for cure verification
Combined with the recorded workpiece temperature curve.
03
ΔE00 ≤ 1.0
Same-batch colour target
Cross-batch target: ΔE00 ≤ 1.5 against the master panel.
04
Class 0–1
Cross-cut adhesion
Rechecked after moisture exposure for demanding projects.

How we back up these numbers

1

Sealed against moisture pathways

Continuous coverage across faces, edges and machined details—without presenting indoor moisture resistance as outdoor waterproofing.

2

Validated cure, not just oven temperature

Workpiece surface temperature, solvent resistance and adhesion are assessed together—not inferred from oven settings alone.

3

Controlled surface character

Film thickness, gloss, colour and texture are measured against an approved master panel.

4

Traceable batch consistency

Substrate, powder lot, process window and inspection results can be linked to each production batch.
