Through electrostatic powder adhesion, low-temperature curing, substrate sealing and standardized process control, we further adapt conventional powder coating technology to wood-based materials.
Across different substrates, structures, colours, surface effects and application scenarios, FROFETH® continues to refine a complete technology system — from material adaptation and process design to application validation and mass production — enabling powder coating to be reliably applied to tabletops, cabinet doors, cabinetry, office furniture, kitchen and bathroom furniture, and other customized products.

Six-Sided Powder Coating Technology is FROFETH®'s core technology system for wood and composite substrates. Built on electrostatic powder application and low-temperature curing, and combined with substrate sealing, process control and the Six-Side Continuous Sealing System, it delivers continuous surface protection across flat surfaces, edges and complex structures.
Six-Sided Powder Coating Technology does not redefine the basic principles of powder coating — rather, through the systematic integration of materials, process, equipment and manufacturing control, it gives wood substrate powder coating a more stable capacity for scaled application.

Guangdong Fanrong Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is the R&D and manufacturing base behind FROFETH®. Since 2012, Fanrong has continuously invested in the R&D, equipment upgrades and industrialization of wood substrate powder coating technology, and now operates a modern manufacturing base of approximately 30,000 m² with an automated production system.
From substrate processing and powder coating to curing, quality inspection and finished goods output, Fanrong has built a standardized manufacturing process that gives FROFETH®'s technology and product solutions stable, scalable production capacity.
